excess fat=exercise=lazy

Darn fat....haiz..no words 4 that....!!! Nothing much to blog,no idea lately.Yesterday surposely had my Secret Resipe lunch but my Aunt Ally change the plan and had at Windmill instead.There's go my cakes...huhuhu...looking forward for my Tiramisu cake and my Chocolate Banana cake....there she goes,there she goes again,!!It's ok,had western food also in the end... "people belanja some more,walap only la!!!" Today class was one of the most bored class for these semester...Well,it just the lecturer was busy delivering his speach where his dearest students hardly understand because his 'pekat' essence of speaking in English...Hence the student takes the advantage to talk instead.Therefore,I was not exclude of talking and resting behind while reading The Star newspaper.After class,went Brunch at Ixora with David,Lionel and Shin.As usual eat at the same stall, the hot plate noodle.Luck was not on my side today as the claypot chicken rice was superb salty,"Eh,uncle you try to make me got high blood r???Dah la the Doctor said I low blood,and You giving me salt to increase my blood preasure ke??" Ate halfway and stop eating,Can't barely continue.After eating,lepaking there since no class in the evening.The class was cancel.

Lionel and David went back home.Shin and I went to shop till we drop again.In a week,we actually went Mahkota Parade twice.Sampat Po rite???I bought a Rm10 hells,white colour with flowers...cheap huh!! "Where can get heels with only 10bugs..."Before that we search for Shin's Aunt birthday present and we went to Lazo Diamond and Poh Kong to get the present and it ended up we get attracted with the pendant with a small diamond and a nice pearl on it that cost Shin about RM109 nett price with no discount.Then off we headed to the main stage to get some pictures on Christmas decorations but instead of taking pictures,Shin was dragged by a lady that is a beauty consultant in a program to lose weight and I was not excluded and ended up being dragged too...Cause I'm bigger size than Shin!!!muahaha... "Badan macam tong Drum,she sure kena drag mia,kenot run from her ".Hence we decided to give a try after the lady talk so much and we get a little bit interested.She wrote our names and age and ask us our height.Then she weight us and get us measure with a machine that calculate fats n toxine in the body.OMG!!!!ARGGHHH..I was freaking fat and the body fat percentage was 30% what the fuck.... "patut lah tembab semacam.Pipi pun sentol macam buah sentol!!!"hahaha...Then the main purpose she dragged us was to promote the slimming program that only cost RM49. "Hey is cheap OK!!4 in 1 some more...." Normal price was expensive and this promotions ends this month.After that,we get a drink at starbuck...took some pictures and get a big laugh at people who was sitting down there doing the Osim promotions thingy.They were 2-3 people that is freaking fat but not as fat as you think it is,just they had a big tummy,sitting on a massage chair and vibrating.And guess what,the tummy was following vibrating and I just can't help myself and laugh out loud like a girl that just came out of 'TANJUNG RAMBUTAN' Shin was laughin oso....
